PhD in Nursing Science from the URV. She has more than 23 years of professional experience as a nurse in the fields of intermediate care and nephrology. In recent years, she has worked as a nurse manager, combining the direction of nursing services with responsibility for the knowledge area at the Hospital de la Santa Creu de Tortosa. She is currently a lecturer at the Faculty of Nursing of the URV, on the Terres de l'Ebre campus, integrating teaching, research and clinical expertise within the nursing discipline. Her research areas include Chronic Kidney Disease, geriatrics, Palliative Care and active learning methodologies.
